As a Caring for Caregivers Counselor, you will provide brief assessments, counseling, referral, care management and related support

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (LIMFT) in Ohio.
• May require periodic adjustment of work hours to support a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief assessment, counseling, and referral services to employees and eligible household dependents in Caring for Caregivers/EAP.
• Provide case management and monitoring for mandatory participants and other participants.
• Provide onsite and virtual support services, including critical incident response (CIR).
• Provide consultation and training to organizational leaders and employees.
• Staff all critical cases with senior Caring for Caregivers leadership.
• Complete all documentation in adherence to standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
