Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS, Engineering, CS, Business or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience with enterprise asset management or maintenance platforms.
• Experience mapping business processes and configuring systems to support those processes.
• Experience with enterprise databases and querying/managing structured data.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, enhancement, and day-to-day performance of enterprise asset management and work management platforms.
• Ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and cross-functional alignment.
• Oversee user access, training, documentation, and configuration changes.
• Coordinate upgrades, enhancements, and implementations related to asset management systems.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to support decision-making across sites.
• Drive data governance and improve data quality and reporting visibility.
• Integrate asset management systems with other enterprise applications.
• Support field/mobile technology solutions for efficient work execution.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and business teams to optimize workflows.
