The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years of SAP experience, particularly in EAM, along with strong hands-on experience and relevant certifications. Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on EAM.
• Multiple full-cycle SAP EAM implementations preferred.
• SAP S/4HANA Asset Management Certification.

Responsibilities

Skills

We are currently looking for a SAP EAM Consultant

Guiding End-to-End EAM Processes for Business Transformation

Position Overview

The SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP EAM solutions across asset‑intensive business processes. This role provides functional leadership, Process Expertise, ensures alignment with business objectives, and acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and SAP delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP EAM implementations and enhancements
• Own SAP EAM solution mapping across:
• Asset structures (Equipment, Functional Locations)
• Notifications and Work Orders
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Maintenance planning and scheduling
• Define best‑practice EAM processes aligned to business needs

Business Process & Solution Design

• Conduct fit‑to‑standard / fit‑gap workshops with business users
• Translate maintenance and reliability requirements into SAP EAM solutions
• Design scalable solutions supporting asset lifecycle management
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate on SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) initiatives where applicable
• Ensure seamless integration processes with:
• SAP PS (projects), WM/EWM (warehouse)
• Work closely with Business and Signavio teams

Preferred Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP PM / EAM
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA EAM
• Experience with SAP Fiori and mobility solutions
• Knowledge of Process mapping, master data governance and data migration
• Domain Knowledge
• Reliability and maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, backlog)
