Job summary

South Platte Renew is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Analyst to steward asset information and partner across the organization. You will analyze data, govern asset records, and administer the EAM system to support reliability, risk, and financial decision-making.

You will lead EAM customization, user support, QA/QC, workflows, upgrades, and integrations while supporting preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance planning and asset renewal decisions.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in the administration of Asset Management Systems (Nexgen, Infor, Maximo).
• Experience with data governance, QA/QC, and asset data lifecycle management.
• Preferred: education in asset management, mechanical/civil engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in SPR Safe Program.

• Collaborate to improve asset management processes and EAM functionality.
• Administer, configure, customize, and improve the EAM system, including workflows and mobile features.
• Coordinate EAM upgrades, integrations, and new features.

• Establish data governance standards for asset data and lifecycle management.
• Develop QA/QC processes, audits, and standardized workflows for accurate data.
• Develop and manage QR code asset identification and tagging program.
• Develop reports, KPIs, dashboards, and data visualization tools for decision-making.
• Analyze asset condition, performance, risk, lifecycle, and financial data.
• Collaborate with Operations to support preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance planning.
• Monitor asset health and identify declining performance or failures.
• Identify reliability improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Provide information to support asset renewal, replacement, and long-term capital planning.

The Maintenance Reliability Analyst serves as a trusted steward of SPR's asset information and is a collaborative partner across the organization. The role supports and improves asset management systems through technical analysis, data governance, and administration of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. Serving as the primary liaison to the EAM developer and a key partner to Operations and Maintenance, the Maintenance Reliability Analyst ensures accurate, reliable asset data and develops reports, KPIs, dashboards, and other tools that provide insights for reliability, performance, risk, lifecycle, and financial decision-making. Leads EAM customization, user support and training, data QA/QC, workflow improvements, and system upgrades and integrations. Additionally, the Maintenance Reliability Analyst supports preventive and predictive maintenance, inventory management, budget processes, and asset renewal and replacement planning.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Actively participate in and support the SPR Safe Program.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison for the EAM developer.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to improve asset management processes and EAM functionality.
• Administer, configure, customize, and continuously improve the EAM system, including settings, roles, permissions, workflows, and mobile functionality.
• Coordinate EAM system upgrades, integrations, and implementation of new features.
• Support integrations between the EAM and related systems, including GIS, SCADA, financial, inventory, and condition-monitoring platforms.
• Manage the EAM asset hierarchy, asset registry, sub-registries, and supporting master data.
• Manage EAM data repositories, imports, bulk uploads, and system updates.
• Establish data governance standards for asset data, including ownership, accountability, and lifecycle management.
• Develop QA/QC processes, audits, and standardized workflows to maintain accurate and consistent asset data.
• Develop and manage the QR code asset identification and tagging program.
• Develop and maintain reports, KPIs, dashboards, and data visualization tools to support decision-making.
• Analyze asset condition, performance, risk, reliability, lifecycle, and financial data.
• Develop and maintain an asset criticality framework to prioritize maintenance, investment, and risk-reduction efforts.
• Monitor asset health and identify declining performance or potential failures.
• Identify recurring failures, bad actors, and reliability improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Evaluate total cost of ownership, including acquisition, maintenance, rehabilitation, and replacement costs.
• Provide condition, performance, risk, and lifecycle-based information to support asset renewal, replacement, and long-term capital planning.
• Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance to support preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Analyze maintenance history and failure trends to improve asset reliability.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within EAM workflows and asset management processes.
• Develop and lead EAM user onboarding, training, documentation, and ongoing user support.
• Support budget development, financial planning, and asset lifecycle decision-making as needed.
• Support inventory and warehouse management initiatives as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Asset Management, Mechanical/Civil Engineering, or similar

Related Work Experience:

• 4 years of experience in the administration of Asset Management Systems, such as Nexgen, Infor, Maximo, etc.
• Preferred: 2 experience working with mechanical systems or performing maintenance-related tasks

License, Registrations or Certification:

NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: In addition to above requirements: new hires must, as a condition of employment, pass the following pre-offer and post-offer/hire processes: in-person interviews, reference checks, and background checks, which may include local police check, DMV check, drug screen, and fingerprint checks through CBI/FBI.
