Cloudpoint Geospatial is seeking a Senior Asset Management Specialist to support public works clients in managing infrastructure assets, maintaining GIS data, and asset management workflows. You’ll configure and support Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems, keep GIS asset data and EAM records current, and help the clients make data-driven decisions for maintaining their infrastructure assets.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with EAM/CMMS platforms such as Cityworks, OpenGov, Lucity, Brightly, Maximo, or VUEWorks.
• Public works, municipal, or utility operations experience (streets, water, sewer, or stormwater).
• Working knowledge of the Esri ArcGIS platform (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online and/or ArcGIS Enterprise).
• Self-motivated, high-energy, and driven to take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to present and translate technical workflows into client benefits.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to data quality.

Mansioni

• Configure, administer, and support client EAM/CMMS systems such as Cityworks, OpenGov, Lucity, Brightly, Maximo, or similar.
• Maintain the relationship between GIS asset data and EAM records, keeping them accurate and in sync.
• Build and refine work order, inspection, and maintenance workflows.
• Support asset inventory and condition assessment efforts for streets, water, sewer, stormwater, and other public works assets.
• Produce reports and dashboards on asset conditions and related data
• Train and support client staff and field crews on systems and workflows.
• Perform QA/QC on asset data and deliverables before they go to project managers or clients.
• Communicate clearly with clients and the internal team through email, Slack, Trello, and other channels.
• Contribute to improving workflows, data quality, and efficiency for our clients and internal staff.
