Job summary

Experis Technology Group, on behalf of our client in Financial Services, seeks an Eagle Accounting Performance Support Analyst in Newark, NJ to provide production support for Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE platforms ensuring accuracy and reliability of portfolio accounting performance measurement.

You will monitor data quality, resolve exceptions, and collaborate with Operations, Performance, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Technology teams; a strong SQL/data analysis background is required.

Qualifications

• 35+ years of experience supporting Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE platforms.
• Solid investment accounting and performance measurement knowledge.
• Understanding of security master data, corporate actions, pricing and reconciliation processes.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills, with Oracle or other relational databases.
• Experience supporting production environments and critical business processes with emphasis on accuracy and readiness.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE platforms.
• Monitor and resolve performance, pricing, and data quality exceptions; remediate issues impacting downstream integrations.
• Support attribution and benchmark processes to maintain reliable performance results.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks; collaborate with teams to drive root-cause resolution.
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end and year-end processing activities with vendor teams.

Our client, Financial Services is seeking an Eagle Accounting Performance Support Analyst to join their team. As an Eagle Accounting Performance Support Analyst, you will be part of the Application & Operational Support function supporting portfolio accounting performance measurement operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical problem-solving skills, the ability to troubleshoot production issues with urgency and care, and clear communication to collaborate across Operations, Performance, Portfolio Management, Compliance, and Technology teams.

Location:Newark, NJ

Pay Range: $50/hr- $53/hr

What's the Job?

• Provide day-to-day production support for the Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE platforms, ensuring stability, accuracy, and effectiveness of portfolio accounting performance measurement.
• Monitor and resolve accounting performance, pricing, and data quality exceptions, including investigation and remediation of issues impacting downstream integrations.
• Support portfolio accounting performance measurement attribution and benchmark processes, helping maintain reliable performance results.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks involving positions, cash, and performance results; partner with relevant teams to drive root-cause resolution.
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processing activities, including collaboration with BNY Eagle support on vendor issues, upgrades, and enhancements.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders.
