1pm-930pm Holidays: 3 per year Weekends: TBD

Job Summary:

This Environmental Services EA-3 Process Coordinator OR assists the EVS management team by making sure the AORN and Froedtert cleaning processes are performed correctly. This position also conducts quality inspections, high touch cleaning audits, ATP testing of surfaces, nurse rounding, patient care rounding and also performs service recovery as needed with patients and family members. In addition, this position is responsible for providing safe and clean environment at all times while observing safe practices, infection control measures, customer service standards and departmental policies as listed, but not limited to this job description. Maintains terminal cleaning records and performs validation of surgical suite cleaning. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

A minimum of 1 year previous experience is required. A minimum of 3 years of previous hospital OR cleaning experience is preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Requires the ability to read, write or understand the English language, and communicate effectively with patients, visitors and staff while performing housekeeping duties.
