Job summary

The Environmental Services Supervisor at Froedtert Health in Milwaukee oversees hospital-wide housekeeping and sanitation programs, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and infection control across the campus and clinics.

You will lead a team, manage schedules (Shift 2, 3p-11:30pm), and partner with Operations to meet service levels. A minimum of 1 year leadership or 3 years EVS/Linen experience is required; AHE/CHESP/Six Sigma preferred.

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Operations Manager of Environmental Services and according to established organizational and departmental policies and procedures, this individual is responsible for the supervision of all Environmental Services functions and services throughout the hospital and associated clinic. This individual assures that the facility is maintained in a manner that is consistent with organizational and customer expectations and standards regarding cleanliness, aesthetics, safety and infection control. Other duties as assigned.

Experience Required

A minimum of 1 year of formal leadership experience is required. In lieu of formal leadership experience, 3 years of EVS or Linen experience or a Bachelor's degree in business will be accepted. Formal leadership experience preferred.

Education Description

High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Training Description

AHE membership and/or CHESP accreditation is preferred. Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
