Job summary

Mizuho Financial Group, Inc. in NYC is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Process Lead to own, design, and optimize end-to-end EA processes and tooling. You will strengthen governance, improve transparency, and drive standard operating procedures across architecture activities.

In this hands-on role, you will manage the EA repository and intake workflows, partner with Operations and Governance leads, and enable the Architecture Community of Practice through training and playbooks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise architecture, governance, or IT process design with hands-on EA ownership.
• Experience in financial services and regulated environments with risk and controls awareness.
• Proven ability to design governance workflows from intake to ADRs and deployment readiness.
• Ability to define operating models with RACI, engagement, escalation paths across roles.
• Experience tooling EA assets, data quality, and governance automation; strong reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end EA process design, optimization, and tooling with clear ownership and controls.
• Define EA workflows from intake through ARC decisioning and ADR capture with evidence.
• Manage EA operating model, RACI, engagement, and escalation across architecture teams.
• Oversee EA tooling, repositories, ATS workflows, and dashboards for governance visibility.
• Partner with Operations and Governance to align SOPs, service levels, and guardrails.
• Drive Architecture Community of Practice with training, playbooks, and communications.
