Our client is a worldwide telecommunications company that offers voice, data and video services and solutions on its award-winning networks and platforms, delivering on customers’ demand for mobility, reliable network connectivity, security, and control.

We are looking for an E911 Telecom Program Manager to develop project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestone completions, project issues, project jeopardies, and overall project completion.

Location: Remote

Position: E911 Telecom Program Manager

Pay: $77.69/hr. on W2

Duration: 6-30 months depending on the job performance/client’s budget needs

Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years

Responsibilities:

• Develop project tracking tools and systems to accurately document milestone completions, project issues, project jeopardies, and overall project completion.
• Prepare / Deliver written/oral executive-level reporting, presentations and communications.
• Provide management with project status updates, feedback, and appropriate reporting on key process-focused objectives.
• Experience with Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)

MUST HAVE SKILLS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including an ability to communicate complex information effectively at all levels.
• Ability to work well both independently and in diverse teams either as a SME contributor or team leader.
• Exceptional organizational skills, experience managing complex processes and the ability to handle multiple work assignments simultaneously.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Working knowledge of Industry evolution from E911 to NG911 / i3
• Working knowledge of Regulatory framework
