Job summary

Drubridge LLC is seeking a Call Center Operations Technician to join our team supporting the City of New York E911 system. You will provide Tier 1/2 technical support and diagnose outages for public safety communications in NYC.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of networking/IT experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work night or day shifts. You must reside near NYC and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years networking and IT technical experience.
• Call center / NOC experience a plus.
• Experience with workflow software like ServiceNow.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have clean drivers license.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 technical support for the NYC E911 system.
• Troubleshoot and document incoming diagnostics and trouble calls.
• Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions.
• Work with a dynamic team to support public safety communications.
