Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering and 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience drafting tooling requirements for manufacturing teams.
• Ability to work with minimal direction in a dynamic, face-paced environment.
• High energy, results oriented and proactive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop work instructions using engineering data, drawings, and orders.
• Provide estimates for developed work instructions.
• Design manufacturing processes, procedures, and layouts to meet cost targets.
• Coordinate with production and conduct root-cause investigations to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering on manufacturability and tooling needs.
• Ensure processes comply with regulations and inspect machinery performance.
