Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 2 years experience.
• HS diploma or GED with 6 years experience (Level 2).
• A&P License preferred; ability to obtain/maintain DoD clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs, and modifies aircraft electrical wiring and components.
• Repairs aircraft components including flight controls, engines, hydraulics and fuel systems.
• Interprets blueprints and manuals to diagnose and fix malfunctions.
• Performs 100-hour and other inspections and checks engine operation.
• Inspects jet engine turbines for cracks and wear, tests engine operation.
• Operates hand and power tools to repair or rebuild components.
