Responsibilities

• Underwrite and retain a profitable book through risk analysis, pricing and service.
• Adhere to corporate underwriting and pricing guidelines; operate within authority.
• Collaborate with E&S Management team.
• Develop and implement territory business plan; meet goals with team.
• Engage in industry events and associations as required.
• Provide timely, professional communication to clients and staff.
• Guide staff on processing coverage requests per service guidelines.
