Job summary

Project Harmony in Omaha is seeking an experienced E-learning Coordinator to adapt and deliver curriculum through a web-based platform. You will work with the Training Specialists and stakeholders to ensure engaging, accessible education for trainees.

The role emphasizes LMS content creation, gamification, course configuration, and video development for microlearning. A background in instructional design and Articulate 360 is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional instructional design experience.
• 1+ years of managing and/or working within a learning management system.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360 or similar e-learning authoring tools.
• Ability to design interactive, engaging e-learning modules from existing curriculum.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to troubleshoot learner questions.

Responsibilities

• Design asynchronous online content for LMS using authoring tools like Articulate 360.
• Implement gamification and other engagement strategies within the LMS.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet e-learning requirements.
• Upload, configure, and manage training content, modules, and assessments.
• Assign courses, manage enrollments, permissions, and groups; provide LMS support.
• Develop training videos for microlearning and e-learning formats.
• Configure training calendar and publish via WordPress site.
• Generate reports on learning metrics and user activity.
