Job Title: E-learning Designer

Position overview

The E-learning Designer creates, edits, and manages engaging e-learning content for PrismHR, PrismHCM, and newly acquired platforms. This role includes content development, Storyline and video editing, LMS administration, stakeholder training/support, and contributing to team initiatives and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Content creation:
• Research and develop engaging content for PrismHR, PrismHCM, and new platforms
• Create knowledge-check questions to ensure comprehension and retention
• Conduct content reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues
• Maintain documentation of content (development status, description, length, upload date, annual enrollments)
• Content editing:
• Edit video content (sound checks, remove vocal errors)
• Use Storyline (Articulate Storyline/Articulate 360) to add transitions, zoom regions, slide formatting, and interactive elements
• Create and edit quiz content (formatting, scoring, feedback layers)
• Publish Articulate 360 content and implement edits from review feedback
• LMS administration:
• Publish content to the LMS for internal and external audiences
• Manage content library, create courses and learning programs, upload content
