Job summary

Georgia-Pacific's Muskogee Tissue, Towel, and Napkin Mill seeks an Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Swing Shift Technician. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment, read schematics, and ensure machine performance on a 12-hour rotating shift with overtime and holidays.

The role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and requires an Associate/Technical degree in Electrical Engineering or instrumentation, plus 2+ years of maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment to maintain machine performance.
• Read electrical schematics and PLC ladder logic.
• Maintain safety and environment targets and document work performed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot AC/DC drives, PLC controls, DCS, and machine interfaces.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspection routes to improve reliability.
• Communicate machine conditions and work performed via documentation.
• Work 12-hour rotating shifts with holidays and overtime as needed.
