Armstrong Service, in partnership with R.J. Reynolds, is currently hiring a full-time E&I Technician in Winston-Salem and King, NC.

• Compensation is hourly wage paid weekly.

Key Responsibilities

Employees are responsible for reliable delivery of high-quality utilities and customer service, reporting to Armstrong's Maintenance Manager and following directions from management and customers. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of utility systems (electrical, instrument, controls, electronics), as well as clerical work.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrate safe behavior, self-motivation, flexibility in shifts, good communication skills, and a positive attitude.
• Technical hands-on skills for system troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
• Computer skills for logs and software applications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in utility systems troubleshooting and repair, with preferred experience in distributed control systems.
• North Carolina Driver's License.

Preferred Education

Vocational or technical degree.
