Western Sugar Cooperative is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor in Lovell, WY. The role leads electrical and instrumentation operations, ensuring reliability and safety across the facility.
You will guide a team of E&I technicians, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize control systems from 480V MCCs to 4160V distribution. The candidate should have strong PLC/DCS/SCADA experience, NFPA 70E knowledge, and a track record of safety and efficiency improvements in a manufacturing
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with PLC/DCS/VFD controls and instrumentation.
- Industrial safety and NFPA 70E familiarity.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving.
- Experience in a food or manufacturing setting preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Oversee electrical and instrumentation operations for the facility.
- Lead, develop and coach E&I technicians and staff.
- Manage maintenance programs, planning and scheduling.
- Evaluate KPI performance and drive process improvements.
- Ensure NEC/ NFPA 70E compliance and safety standards.
