Western Sugar Cooperative seeks an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor in Lovell, Wyoming. The role oversees electrical and instrumentation operations, ensuring safe, reliable performance and leading a skilled E&I team across the facility.

The position demands expertise in 480V and 4160V power systems, PLC/DCS/SCADA controls, VFDs, and process instrumentation, with a focus on preventative maintenance and continual improvement. Competitive salary and benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; Journeyman/Master Electrician considered.
• Broad experience in manufacturing with emphasis on electrical/instrumentation systems.
• Experience with PLC, DCS, VFDs, and control systems troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee electrical and instrumentation operations across the facility.
• Direct and develop the E&I team; manage budgets for designated area.
• Maintain 4160V switchgear and 480V distribution; troubleshoot MCCs and VFDs.
• Lead maintenance planning, scheduling, and job planning in SAP PM.
• Drive improvements in safety, reliability, and process uptime.
