Job summary

OceanaGold Haile is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor for Capital Projects at the Haile mine in Kershaw, SC. You will coordinate construction activities, supervise contractors, ensure safety compliance, and drive QA/QC across projects.

The role requires 5+ years in construction, an engineering-related degree or trade qualification, and a valid driver’s license. Familiarity with AutoCAD and MSHA safety policies is preferred, with a strong focus on reporting and coordination.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant construction experience.
• Engineering or related discipline degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with process plant maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise contractors on Capital Projects.
• Ensure safety compliance with MSHA and company policies.
• Attend contractor safety meetings and pre-shift talks.
• Witness QA/QC testing and maintain records (AutoCAD).
• Create and manage punch lists throughout project progression.
• Generate daily project reports with details.
• Coordinate construction planning, scheduling and resources.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
• Procure supplies from warehouse for relevant projects.
