OceanaGold Haile is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor for Capital Projects at the Haile mine in Kershaw, SC. You will coordinate construction activities, supervise contractors, ensure safety compliance, and drive QA/QC across projects.
The role requires 5+ years in construction, an engineering-related degree or trade qualification, and a valid driver’s license. Familiarity with AutoCAD and MSHA safety policies is preferred, with a strong focus on reporting and coordination.

The Project- E&I Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and monitoring construction activities for site projects being undertaken by the Capital Projects Group. The position will assist under the overall direction of the Project Manager and aid with coordinating the daily activities between contractors and construction management for the various projects being undertaken onsite.
Haile is not structured to facilitate an electrical apprenticeship program. Therefore, prior to being employed as an electrical worker at HGM, personnel shall demonstrate one of the following competencies:
