Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking a skilled professional to support E&I Project Managers in the Permian Basin on a full-time, on-site basis. You will coordinate with site teams, vendors, and engineering staff to ensure construction progresses on schedule while meeting contract requirements.

Field construction experience is essential. You will interface with multiple teams, resolve design conflicts, publish field sketches, maintain as-built drawings, and manage work packages.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industrial construction experience.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient with common business software including MS Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and team-management capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
• Fluent English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Interface with site, home office and field teams to complete tasks.
• Resolve design conflicts and field interference issues.
• Maintain and publish field sketches for problem resolution.
• Maintain project as-built drawings and documentation.
• Develop work packages and support task planning as directed.
• Ensure IFC quantities are reported for project tracking tools.
• Ensure compliance with job specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely material delivery.
• Review IFC drawings for cost and schedule impacts.
• Assist in developing change orders for scope variance.
