Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or two-year technical certificate preferred.
• Electrical/instrumentation certification preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate with electrical/instrumentation maintenance team members to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Learn and champion Precision Maintenance techniques and ensure procedural compliance.
• Participate in electrical/instrumentation maintenance training for staff.
• Follow reliability procedures for critical spares and parts.
• Assist in electrical/instrumentation equipment installation, troubleshooting, and startups.
• Maintain records and support RCA and Reliability Centered Maintenance.
• Adhere to GMPs and safety policies; promote Michael Foods culture.
