Graphic Packaging International, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Associate Manager in Kalamazoo, MI. The role oversees hourly Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance staff, drives reliability improvements, and collaborates with planners and engineers to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing, strong leadership, and hands-on expertise with CMMS/SAP to optimize maintenance workflows and cost-effectiveness.

• Supervisory experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Experience with reliability-centered maintenance.
• Proficient in CMMS and SAP for maintenance planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates hourly Electrical and Instrumentation maintenance personnel.
• Schedules preventive maintenance activities and manages outages.
• Develops repair plans to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Mentors maintenance staff and coordinates with planners and reliability engineers.
