Job summary

Saulsbury Industries, Inc. is seeking an on-site Project Manager to lead Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) for data center projects in the Permian Basin/Western Texas. You will manage an E&I team during construction, coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and internal staff, and drive safety and timely project delivery.

Applicants should have 2+ years of experience in E&I project management for large data center builds and strong communication, leadership, and cost-control skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing the E&I phase of large data center construction projects.
• Demonstrated success in management of large construction projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical and administrative management for E&I phases on data center projects.
• Lead the development and management of an E&I team during the data center construction phase.
• Coordinate construction activities with the owner, subcontractors, and company personnel.
• Review project proposals and pertinent documents with project team and Director of Operations.
• Negotiate, prepare, issue, and execute change orders to owners and design team.
• Ensure timely project completion through scheduling, expediting material deliveries, and managing submittals/approvals.
