Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking an E&I Field Engineer/Coordinator to support project managers in Permian Basin construction activities. You will coordinate with site teams, review drawings, resolve field conflicts, and maintain as-built drawings to ensure schedules stay on track.

The role demands four years of industrial construction experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. On-site work, with close collaboration to engineering and vendor teams, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in industrial construction.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks and MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Interface with the Site Construction Team, Home Office Engineering team, Site Engineering Team, and Field Personnel to complete tasks.
• Resolve design conflicts and field interference issues.
• Maintain and publish field sketches for problem resolution.
• Maintain Project as Built drawings and Work Package development.
• Provide task plan support as needed as directed by Engineering Manager.
• Ensure IFC quantities are developed and reported for Project Tracking System.
• Interface with Project Vendors to ensure timely delivery of correct materials.
• IFC drawing review for cost, schedule, and other impacts.
• Assist in developing Change Orders for Scope Variance per Project Contract.
