Job summary

Withers is seeking an e-Discovery Specialist for its U.S. Dispute Resolution practice in New York. This role combines technology and law to process, ingest, and analyze electronically stored information (ESI).

You will coordinate collection, preservation, processing, review, and production, supporting lawyers and project managers in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DISCO and Relativity, support case prep and trial readiness, and assist with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
3–5 years of experience in the legal field, preferably in e-Discovery.
Hands-on experience with DISCO and Relativity; data processing and ingestion.
Proficiency with Acrobat and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables across the litigation lifecycle.
Assist with data volumes evaluation and issue surfacing for legal teams.
Oversee end-to-end ingestion of ESI into e-Discovery platforms including processing, metadata normalization, deduplication, and text extraction.
Design and implement review workflows and quality control processes to ensure data integrity.
