Job summary

Bridgeline Solutions' client, a top regional law firm, seeks an experienced E-Discovery Staff Attorney to join its litigation support team.

You will work across preservation, collection, review, and production of ESI, and collaborate with attorneys, clients, and technologists on complex matters.

This role offers flexibility in a collaborative environment and the chance to shape E-Discovery strategy using advanced analytics and leading platforms.

Qualifications

• JD and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2+ years of substantive E-Discovery and litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal discovery rules and ESI best practices.
• Experience beyond document review, including hands-on work in other phases of the EDRM lifecycle.
• Proficiency with leading E-Discovery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Advise on preservation, collection, review, and production of ESI.
• Draft and negotiate ESI protocols, discovery plans, and related agreements.
• Manage document review workflows, QC processes, and large-scale review projects.
• Utilize platforms such as Everlaw, Relativity, and DISCO.
• Apply advanced analytics, TAR, predictive coding, and AI-assisted review tools.
• Serve as a trusted resource on E-Discovery strategy and emerging technologies.
