Job summary

The law firm in Huntsville, Alabama seeks an E-Discovery Attorney to join its litigation team, blending litigation expertise with advanced e-discovery technology. You will advise on e-discovery matters, supervise collections, reviews, productions, and privilege work to support complex cases.

Qualified candidates hold a J.D., an active Alabama Bar license, 3+ years in litigations or investigations, and experience with Relativity/Everlaw/DISCO, with strong research, writing, and project-management

• Active Alabama Bar license required.
• 3+ years of litigation, e-discovery, or investigations experience.
• Experience with Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, or similar e-discovery platforms.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

• Handle discovery-related issues involving privilege, preservation, relevance, and proportionality
