• Active Alabama Bar license required.
• 3+ years of litigation, e-discovery, or investigations experience.
• Experience with Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, or similar e-discovery platforms.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Advise attorneys and clients on e-discovery and ESI matters
• Manage legal holds, document collections, review workflows, and productions
• Conduct and oversee privilege review, quality control, and document review projects
• Analyze electronic evidence, including emails, documents, databases, and chat communications
• Partner with litigation support teams, forensic specialists, and outside vendors
• Assist with discovery strategy, search term development, and review protocols
• Handle discovery-related issues involving privilege, preservation, relevance, and proportionality
• Track discovery deadlines, production schedules, and case milestones
