You will build relationships with dealers and Dealer Relations Managers to maximize MBFS retail and lease penetration, participate in negotiations, training, and cross-functional collaboration to improve underwriting operations.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at time of application.
• Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
• This position requires a minimum of 2 years of overall work experience.
• Preferred experience includes: Business-General 2 years; Collections 1 year; Customer Service 1 year; Remarketing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and investigate retail and lease credit applications; communicate decisions to dealers via ACE and telephone in a timely manner.
• Negotiate conditional approvals with dealers when necessary; execute buying strategies as directed by management.
• Build positive dealer relations to increase market penetration and provide professional customer service.
• Support training, coaching, and team meetings to improve underwriting skills and contribute to process improvements.
