Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an E-commerce & Wholesale Operations Manager to lead strategic direction and performance of e-commerce and wholesale orders, including the 24-hour shipping commitment. This role will build scalable processes, develop leaders, and manage performance to support growth across multiple warehouses.

Responsabilités

• Own the company's 24-hour ship commitment, ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and shipped within 24 hours of being placed.
• Increase year-over-year E-commerce sales through operational efficiencies and reduction of errors.
• Forecast E-commerce and wholesale volume, labor needs, and operational capacity using historical performance and sales metrics.
• Staff each labor function appropriately to consistently meet the 24-hour shipping window.
• Establish departmental priorities, performance metrics, cost-reduction initiatives, and objectives aligned with annual budgets and ROI expectations.
• Develop and implement business goals through clear direction, accountability, and leadership.
• Establish and continuously improve operational processes, workflows, and team structures to support growth and scalability.
• Establish and execute sustainable inventory control measures to maintain accuracy across multiple warehouse locations.
• Build and maintain a structured training program covering onboarding, cross-training, and documented SOPs.
• Serve as the escalation point for high-impact or complex operational issues, resolving issues independently whenever possible.
• Partner with leadership on business changes and assist the warehouse with cross-functional discussions.
• Analyze operational metrics and trends and provide regular, actionable updates to upper management regarding performance, key trends, and overall department health.
