Qualifications

• Experience in website management, e-commerce, or digital product roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the EFA website and related digital platforms.
• Improve user experience (UX) and conversion rates.
• Coordinate content updates with editorial and social teams.
• Improve website structure, navigation, and page performance.
• Coordinate technical updates, integrations, and external providers.
• Monitor website KPIs (traffic, conversion, engagement) and derive actions.
