Job summary

Pavago is seeking an experienced Shopify Web Developer to build, maintain, and optimize custom Shopify storefronts across multiple brands. The role focuses on Shopify Liquid, front-end development, responsive UI/UX, performance optimization, SEO, and Shopify app integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining Shopify storefronts.
• Strong experience with Shopify and Shopify Plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Shopify Liquid.
• Strong command of CSS, CSS animations, media queries, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Experience creating and manipulating JSON schema for Shopify themes and structured data.
• Strong debugging skills using browser developer tools across multiple browsers and devices.
• Experience building responsive, mobile-first storefronts.
• Familiarity with Cursor, Claude, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• A portfolio demonstrating polished Shopify storefronts, preferably for consumer brands.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Shopify Web Developer to build, maintain, and optimize custom Shopify and Shopify Plus storefronts across multiple e-commerce brands.

This is a hands-on development role focused on Shopify Liquid, front-end development, responsive UI/UX, performance optimization, SEO, and Shopify app integrations. You’ll work closely with the development and strategy teams while using modern AI-assisted tools to improve development efficiency and quality.

What You’ll Own

Shopify Development
