Job summary

Colson Group Holdings LLC in Palmetto, GA is seeking a warehouse associate to accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and ERP/WMS systems. You’ll ensure on-time shipments and maintain inventory integrity as you learn Epicor workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months experience with RF scanners.
• 6 months in a performance-measured picking/packing environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Select products precisely according to order details.
• Pack and palletize shipments to match specific customer requirements.
• Execute all required system transactions to keep orders and inventory in sync.
• Operate warehouse equipment and tools in a safe, efficient manner.
• Inspect goods and containers to catch any damage before shipping.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized work area.
• Support inventory accuracy checks throughout your shift.
• Coordinate with other departments to remove roadblocks and meet deadlines.
• Adhere to all organizational policies, rules, and regulations.
