Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Specialist (RF/WMS)Location: Phoenix, AZReports To: Warehouse Supervisor or DesigneeIs this you?Do you enjoy turning a stack of orders into accurately packed, ready-to-ship cartons?Are RF scanners and WMS/ERP tools second nature to you?Do you take pride in clean aisles, accurate counts, and on-time trucks?Role OverviewOwn both sides of the dock—outbound and inbound. You’ll pick, pack, and ship with speed and precision, receive product with care, and keep inventory records current. By reviewing shipping and receiving schedules, you’ll help keep our distribution center on pace throughout the day.Key ResponsibilitiesPick, prepare, and ship inventory to customers and storefronts using RF scanners and WMS/ERP workflows.Read and fulfill incoming orders quickly, selecting items from the correct warehouse locations and packaging them for safe delivery.Receive incoming freight; verify against documentation, inspect items and containers, and document any damages.Monitor inbound/outbound schedules and adjust priorities to sustain productive operations.Verify stock levels and keep inventory accurate during the shift.Conduct basic quality checks before packing; maintain a clean, orderly workspace.Follow policies and safety regulations; assist with additional duties as assigned.What You Bring1+ year of experience in a warehouse or distribution center.Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control practices.Experience using RF scanners; familiarity with ERP and WMS (Epicor 10 knowledge is a plus).Understanding of warehouse safety requirements.Ability to lead, problem-solve, and contribute to team goals.Equipment skills: forklift, reach truck, walkie pallet jack (forklift licensed).Strong organization and attention to detail.Ability to read product descriptions, labels, and documentation; basic math capability.Effective verbal and written communication; basic computer proficiency.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.Abides by all organizational policies, rules, and regulations; performs other related duties as assigned.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.
