Job summary

Colson-Group-Holdings-LLC is seeking a dedicated Outbound Fulfillment Picking Specialist in Palmetto, GA. You will read and pick orders with speed and accuracy, pack and palletize per exact customer specs, and complete ERP/WMS transactions, with Epicor experience a plus.

You’ll help keep inventory counts accurate and work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth shipments. Ideal candidates have basic math skills, comfort with RF scanners/tablets, and a detail-oriented, team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with RF scanners preferred.
• 6 months RF scanner experience beneficial.

Outbound Fulfillment Picking SpecialistLocation: Palmetto, GAReports to: Warehouse Supervisor or DesigneeA day in this roleWhen your shift starts, you’ll open the order queue, scan your first ticket, and map the fastest path through our aisles. You’ll select items with speed and accuracy, verify labels with your RF scanner and tablet, and perform a quick visual quality check to ensure products and their containers are free of damage. Once verified, you’ll pack and palletize to exact customer specifications, complete required system transactions in our ERP/WMS (Epicor experience is a plus), and stage orders for shipment.
