Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including customer service and labor scheduling.
• Supervise staff of ~20–30; coach, train and develop team.
• Ensure proper utilization of space, equipment and manpower.
• Maintain safe, economical operation with budgeting and inventory control.
• Improve processes to meet customer needs and cost targets.
• Coordinate with suppliers, merchandisers and partners as needed.
