Job summary

Ascendo Resources is seeking an E-commerce Specialist to manage vendor relationships, optimize product listings, and drive catalog expansion across our digital storefronts. You will coordinate with suppliers, brand partners, logistics, and marketing to maximize category profitability.

You will onboard new vendors, manage inventory feeds, negotiate placements, and ensure accurate data across platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon Seller Central.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce vendor management, category management, buyer operations, or supplier relations.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and vendor integration tools.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Solid foundation in vendor negotiation and SLA management.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the daily point of contact for vendor partners, managing catalogs, pricing updates, and stock.
• Lead vendor onboarding, integrating product data, images, specs, and inventory syncs into the e-commerce platform.
• Monitor vendor compliance and SLA performance (fulfillment times, drop-ship defects, returns, inventory accuracy).
• Coordinate co-op marketing initiatives, exclusive launches, and promotional funding with vendors.
• Manage large-scale catalog updates, pricing margins, and attribute data across vendor lines.
