Job summary

Fanatics is seeking an Ecommerce Assistant Manager to join the Ecommerce Commercial Team. The role focuses on business reporting, product launch support, merchandising, and commercial initiatives across Topps.com, Fanatics.com, and TikTok Shop.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and organizational skills, can manage multiple workstreams, and translate data into actionable recommendations to improve performance across DTC channels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in ecommerce, commercial planning, merchandising, analytics, business operations, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for large data sets.
• Experience across multiple ecommerce channels; TikTok Shop a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own daily and weekly DTC reporting across Topps.com, Fanatics.com, and TikTok Shop, tracking key KPIs and providing insights.
• Analyze product and SKU-level results to identify drivers and opportunities.
• Deliver weekly business updates with insights and historical comparisons.
• Investigate performance trends and work with Analytics as needed.
• Build and maintain historical benchmarks to inform commercial planning.
