• Monitor sales, payroll, and expenses to meet profitability goals.
• Enforce safety protocols and loss prevention measures to reduce incidents.
• Lead E-Commerce processing and train DTAs on procedures.
• Identify issues and communicate improvements to the Production Manager with action plans.
