Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Valleys is seeking a Supervisor of Retail Support to lead day-to-day merchandising, production, and online sales across New Goods and E-Commerce. You will supervise intake, pricing, listings, and inventory flow while maintaining safety and brand standards in stores and online.

You will train and coach staff, monitor performance, analyze metrics, and coordinate with Logistics and E-Commerce leadership to drive growth and a superior donor and customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Two+ years of experience in operations, production, retail, or donation processing.
• Experience in customer service and working with diverse populations.
• Must be able to successfully complete any assigned Goodwill training within the required period of time upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day merchandising and online sales operations.
• Receive, inspect, and organize merchandise and inventory.
• Maintain accurate records in POS and online platforms.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer service across channels.
• Lead and train team members; monitor performance.
• Coordinate with Logistics and E-Commerce leadership regarding inventory movement and priorities.
