Qualifications

• Minimum: proven supervisory experience.
• Must be able to read shelf tags accurately.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed with the ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day store e-Commerce operations.
• Manage intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels for all orders, including perishables.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and maintain staging areas.
• Provide feedback on daily performance and participate in scheduling as needed.
