Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration or related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of hands-on experience directly managing online product storefronts or marketplace merchant portals.
• Strong working knowledge of e-commerce seller platform mechanics, catalog integration, and digital storefront management.
• Ability to analyze sales trends, pricing margins, SKU-level profitability, and multi-channel metrics using spreadsheet and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with digital advertising strategies, keyword optimization, and performance tracking metrics.
• Skilled at translating technical product data into accessible consumer messaging and collaborating across teams.
• Strong computer skills; Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end setup, catalog health, and ongoing optimization of product listings across assigned e-commerce marketplaces.
• Monitor daily account performance metrics, listing statuses, and inventory health to ensure continuous product availability and visibility.
• Execute dynamic, data-driven pricing strategies to balance product sales volume with corporate profitability targets.
• Evaluate competitive marketplace trends, channel compliance, and demand fluctuations to adjust promotional and advertising plans.
• Conduct product-level profitability analyses, factoring in platform commissions, storage costs, and fulfillment fees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop search-optimized content, technical specifications, and enhanced brand media.
• Translate complex technical product information into clear, buyer-friendly copy to improve conversion and minimize product returns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agency partners to execute, monitor, and optimize digital search and display ad campaigns.
• Conducting keyword and consumer search research to target relevant traffic while maintaining cost-effective advertising budgets.
