Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is hiring for an E-Commerce role in Utah. We value friendly customer service, accurate listings, and reliable team players. No prior experience required—training is provided—and you’ll join a supportive nonprofit environment that values accessibility and growth.

Position is entry-level to experienced, with a starting wage of $17.00/hour. You may assist with other e-commerce duties and work with shipping software to process orders and create listings.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide great customer service.
• Able to work as part of a team in a busy e-commerce environment.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and shipping workflows.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for shipping after payment is received.
• Create shipping labels using shipping software.
• Occasionally cover other E-Commerce roles as needed.
• Process and photograph merchandise for listings.
• Create product listings on the website.
• Maintain accuracy in templates and item descriptions.

Wage: $17.00/hr.

We’re looking for entry-level to experienced individuals to work in our Goodwill E-Commerce department. Don’t have any experience? We offer training!

What You Get To Do

• Prepare items for shipping when payment has been received.
• Prepare shipping labels using shipping software
• At times, may serve as a backup for other E-Commerce positions.
• Process unique vintage items, books, clothing, toys, and so much more!
• Take and upload photos of merchandise.
• Create listings for products on our website.

We value great customer service, team players, the ability to stay on task, meet quotas, utilize our templates and tools to accurately describe items, and follow site posting guidelines.

Requirements

• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• Able to stand, stoop, bend, or carry for extended periods.
• Able to move 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Able to go up and down steps.
• Good communication skills are a must.
• Ability to work with people with disabilities and other special needs is desirable.
• Knowledge of merchandise and customer service is desirable.
• All positions require the completion of a background check. Acknowledging or having criminal convictions does not constitute an automatic bar to employment.

Experience

• High School / Equivalent
• 0-2 years relatable experience
• Computer skills helpful.
