Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking an entry-level to experienced E-Commerce team member to help prepare items for shipping, create product listings, and photograph merchandise in our Goodwill E-Commerce department.

No prior experience? We offer training and a friendly, inclusive workplace with benefits and an employee discount. This position emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and meeting quotas in a diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to move independently or with reasonable accommodation.
• Able to stand, stoop, bend, or carry for extended periods.
• Able to move 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Good communication skills are a must.

• At times, may serve as a backup for other E-Commerce positions.
• Process unique vintage items, books, clothing, toys, and so much more!
• Take and upload photos of merchandise.
• Create listings for products on our website.

We value great customer service, team players, the ability to stay on task, meet quotas, utilize our templates and tools to accurately describe items, and follow site posting guidelines.

Requirements

• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.

Experience
