Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia in Richmond, VA is seeking a Shipping Clerk to perform all duties involved in the shipping process for the E‑Commerce department, including pick, pack and ship functions. You will initiate FedEx claims for lost or damaged items and assist with item listings.

No prior experience is required. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and a criminal background check will be conducted. Preference is given to candidates with e‑commerce listing experience.

Responsibilities

• Pull items sold for shipping on ShopGoodWill.
• Pack items using appropriate shipping materials.
• Ship via FedEx and ShopGoodWill software.
• Meet daily shipment goals.
• Stage daily packages for FedEx pickup.
• Open FedEx claims for lost or damaged shipments.
• Decide next steps for unsold items (relist, Outlet, Auction, E‑Recycle).
• May assist with photographing and listing items.
