Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia in Richmond, VA is seeking a Listing Associate to photograph and list items online across our E-Commerce platforms. The role includes storing and maintaining inventory for E-Commerce items and meeting daily listing requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Google, eBay, and Amazon, plus strong writing skills and Excel proficiency to maximize online sales. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• E-commerce research and listing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Goodwill product lines preferred.
• Strong writing ability required.

Responsibilities

• Meets or exceeds daily listing requirements.
• Lists all items accurately with no typos or spelling errors.
• Identifies rare, collectible and/or unique items to boost online sales.
• Achieves an average selling percentage of 80%.
• Responds to customer service inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
