Placements24 is seeking a Sales Associate in Upington to support the sales team by handling inquiries, processing orders, and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the e-commerce space, with solid MS Office skills and a basic CRM familiarity. Training and career progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college is beneficial.
• Excellent written and spoken communications.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team in Upington.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients in understanding platform features and benefits.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
